3 layers corrugated box or Single Wall
Three layers corrugated box or carton (Single Wall), the most common use type, is suitable for light-to-medium weight product or product that does not need high protection. Three layers corrugated box consists of a fluted corrugated sheet and 2 flat liner boards.
5 layers corrugated box or Double Wall
Five layers corrugated box or carton (Double Wall) is suitable for heavy product or product that needs high protection. It is usually found in industrial warehouses, and used for shipping. Five layers corrugated box consists of 2 fluted corrugated sheets and 3 flat liner boards.

For examples:
1.) KA150/KA125 3 Layers C Flute
means outer sheet of the corrugated box is KA paper, weight 150 grams. Inner sheet of the corrugated box is KA paper, weight 125 grams. This box has 3 layers with C flute.
2.) KS170/CA125 5 Layers BC Flute
means outer sheet of the corrugated box is KS paper, weight 170 grams. Inner sheet of the corrugated box is CA paper, weight 125 grams. This box has 5 layers with BC flute.
3.) KI150/KI125 5 Layers BC Flute
means outer sheet of the corrugated box is KI paper, weight 150 grams. Inner sheet of the corrugated box is KI paper, weight 125 grams. This box has 5 layers with BC flute.
